Pre pregnancy
In the run up to becoming pregnant it is advised to boost your diet with key nutrients and supplements that both improve fertility and give you and your baby the best start.
Ideally a plan should be followed for 3-6 months prior to pregnancy to ensure that your body is in optimal health. Changes in diet and lifestyle are not just for women but also for men. Around 25% of fertility problems can be associated with men, it is important to eat the right foods and take supplements to enhance the quality and quantity of fertile sperm.
This is the perfect time to start working with Mum and Me, what you do before pregnancy will have a great effect on quickly you become pregnant, the health of the foetus and how you feel during the pregnancy.

Pre natal programme
Fully holistic treatment must address physical, psychological, nutritional and environmental concerns.
Care plan must last for at least 4 months
•It takes 3 months to change sperm integrity and 4 weeks to change an egg
•During this phase you may be detoxing and therefore MUST NOT get pregnant as it could lead to birth defects
Mum and Me focus on balancing hormones, increaasing vital nutrient levels and addressing any individual concerns or health conditions.
After your intial consultation with Mum and Me you can then choose to have one appointment at a time or to sign up to a package where you will have a one to one consultation during each trimester and another one post birth. This package also allows you to ask questions and recieve support on the telephone or via email throughout your pregnancy. The post natal appointment will be at you home to make it as easy and stress free as possible for you.
